Obituary of Ronda Wooten McKeithen
Funeral services for Ronda Wooten McKeithen, age 53 of Monroe, will be held at 10 AM Saturday, February 4, 2017 from the sanctuary of Beulah Baptist Church, 1386 Beulah Rd, Winnfield, LA 71483, with Bro. Lamar Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday, February 3, 2017 at Beulah Baptist Church from 5 PM to 8 PM.
Ronda was born on November 18, 1963 in Winnfield, LA to the union of her parents, Charles and Wanda Williams Wooten and passed from this life on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 in Monroe, LA. Ronda was a caregiver that was selfless in giving to her family, friends and those she treated at her work as an ICU nurse. She was an adventurer who had sass and was bossy when needed. Wootie was a fun person who had the ability to make anyone and everyone she met laugh. Her hobbies included gardening, cooking and music. She was the best mother to her children and deeply loved by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and son, A.J. McKeithen.
Those left to cherish her memory are her three daughters: Elizabeth McKeithen of Monroe, Maddie Comeaux and husband, Daniel of West Monroe and Kamryn McKeithen of Monroe; chosen son, Carrundlas Mathews of Houston; her significant other, Rocky Singh; father of her children and best friend, Allen McKeithen; sister, Haley Wooten; nephew, Peyton Pritchard; aunts and uncle: Camilla and Tippy Barrett and Oleta Roberts; best friends: Johni Ruddell and Gwen Lucky; numerous cousins and many close friends.
Pallbearers will be Keith Ray Ruddell, Peyton Pritchard, Wacker Pritchard, Richard Maxwell, Clay Maxwell, Travis Maxwell, Ronnie Sauce and Richie King. Honorary pallbearers will be John Wooten, Jimmy Jordan, Paul Jordan, Dennis Barrett, Kerry Barrett and Dustin Ruddell.
