Obituary of Corey Weeks

Funeral services for Corey Devin Weeks age 24 of Columbia, LA will be held 2pm Monday October 17, 2011 from the sanctuary of the Old Bethel Baptist Church at Clarks with Rev. Keith Thomas and Rev. Shane Duke officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery under the direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia. Visitation will be on Sunday evening from 5pm to 8pm at the church. Corey was born on June 14, 1987 at Monroe , La to the union of his parents Kevin Keith Weeks and Lynette Waits Weeks. He passed from this life on Friday October 14, 2011. Corey was preceded in death by his father Kevin Weeks. Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Lynette W. Weeks of Columbia; his brother and sister-in-law Caleb and Hilary Weeks ; grandparents, William and Linda Waits and Jackie Cossey; Uncle and Aunt, Ricky and Donna Rollins, and Uncle Eric Weeks; niece and nephew, Halli and Landon Weeks; and cousins, Justin and Jake Rollins .Corey had many friends and was loved by all. Serving as pallbearers will be Gary Rider, Dustin Duncan, Dewayne Peterson, Jesse Rucker, Buddy Gill, and Ethan Howard.
