James Elvis Graham 68 of Columbia passed away on Thursday November 9, 2017 at his residence in Wisner. James was born on December 11, 1948 in Mangham. James was a former employee of the Franklin Parish Police Jury. Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday November 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the Bratton Family Cemetery at Kelly under direction of Riser & Son Funeral Home of Columbia. James is survived by his wife Carol Dean Hennigan Graham of Columbia and a host of stepchildren and extended family members.
