Mr. Elgin, Surmartha, Michael, Cynthia and the rest of the family...Words cannot express how deeply sorry I am for the loss of Mrs. Charlotte. She was a wonderful lady and will be greatly missed by all! May God wrap his loving arms around you and comfort you during this time of great loss.
