Obituary of Bobby Fitzgerald

Funeral services for Bobby Gene "Fitz" Fitzgerald age 75 of Clarks will be held 2pm Friday July 13, 2012 from the Columbia Chapel of Riser Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Old Bethel Cemetery at Clarks. Visitation will be on Thursday evening July 12, 2012 from 4 to 9pm at the funeral home located at 7131 U S Highway 165. Bobby Gene Fitzgerald was born on March 24, 1937 at Grayson, LA to the union of his parents, Eddie F. Fitzgerald and Audie Fleda Watson Fitzgerald. He was preceded in death by his parents,by his infant daughter, Pamela Renee Fitzgerald, and by eight brothers and sisters, Ed Fitzgerald, Waitsel Fitzgerald, Ezra Fitzgerald, Julie Scribner, Gloria Jean Douglas, Geraldine Fitzgerald, Maxine Nussbaum, and Bill Fitzgerald. Mr. Fitzgerald was a retired logger. He was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church in Clarks. Left to cherish his memory, his beloved wife, Judy W. Fitzgerald of Clarks; his son, Bobby W. Fitzgerald and wife Priscilla of Indian Springs, AL, his daughter, Tammy Crawford and husband Billy, of Kelly; and his son, Chris Fitzgerald and wife Robin, of Birmingham, AL; his brother, Watson Fitzgerald of Clarks; and his grandchildren, Austin, Sabrina, Tyler, Drew, Jacob, and Zach. Pallbearers include Buster Curry, Glen Ainsworth, James Douglas, Jimmy Douglas, Gerald Whittington, Austin Fitzgerald, Tyler Fitzgerald, Donald "Duke" Wallace, Drew Fitzgerald, and Jacob Fitzgerald. Honorary pallbearers will be Connie Mack Exline and Glenn Barnhill.
