Obituary of Curtis B. Keen

Graveside services for Curtis B. Keen, age 80, of Bossier City, will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, August 5, 2012 at Old Bethel Cemetery in Clarks with Bro. Keith Thomas officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM at Riser Funeral Home in Columbia. Curtis was born November 13, 1931 to Julian and Eula Keen in Rochelle, LA and he passed from this life on July 31, 2012 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Bossier City. He served his country in the Navy and he was retired from the oilfield. He was a great family man who loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren very much. He was preceded in death by his wife: Wilma D. Keen; his parents; brother: Orbin Keen; sister: Jodie Ganey. He is survived by his three daughters: Wanda Harris and her husband Ricky of Bossier City; Janice Trainor of Blanchard, LA; Cathy Ayres and her husband Bill of Marshall, TX; two brothers: Jerry and Lyndal Keen; five grandchildren: Jason Trainor, Matthew Ayres, Kimberly Trainor, Lindsey Gunter, and Amanda Ayres; two great-grandchildren: Eden Trainor and Riley Kate Gunter.
