Obituary of Jessie Harrison

Graveside funeral services for Jessie Evelyn Harrison, age 93, of Hebert will be held 10:00 AM Saturday August 4, 2012 at the Woolen Lake Church of God Cemetery at Hebert. Rev. Roy Lowery will officiate the services which are under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia.Visitation will be on Saturday August 4, from 9:45am until time of service at the Woolen Lake Cemetery. Mrs. Harrison was born in Dallas, Texas on September 27, 1918,and she passed from this life to be with her Lord and her family who have preceded her, on August 1,2012, in Georgetown, Texas.She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, Richard Paul Harrison, Sr.;and her son Richard Paul Harrison,Jr.;her great-great-grandson, Christopher Bentley Lee Vinson; and by three sisters.Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Gwendolyn Evelyn Mills Shipp of Hebert, and Martha Petru of Georgetown, Texas.She was loved and cherished in the lives of seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and twenty two great-great-grandchildren, and many more friends, and extended family.
