Obituary of Arnold "Arnie" Shipp

Graveside services for Arnold Ray "Arnie" Shipp, age 49 of Hebert, will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, October 12, 2012 at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery in Hebert. Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Riser Funeral Home in Columbia. Arnie was born January 30, 1963 to Howard and Dena Shipp in North Hollywood, CA and he passed from this life on October 10, 2012 at Citizens Medical Center in Columbia. He loved to fish and was a loving son, brother, and father. He was a very smart and funny person. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his son: Tommy Shipp and his wife Audura of Goldonna; daughter: Danielle Shipp of Hebert; sister: Donna Graham and her husband Jimmy of Hebert; granddaughter: Memory Shipp of Grayson; nephew: Randall Graham; niece: Danita Kay Temple. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Graham, Randall Graham, Josh Martinez, Tommy Shipp, Alan Shipp, Speck Graham, and Mike Graham.
