Obituary of Fay Wyant

Funeral services for Mrs. Fay Wetonah Baker Wyant, age 72 of Enterprise, will be held at 11 AM Thursday, October 18, 2012 from the sanctuary of New Ouachita Baptist Church in Enterprise, LA with Bro. Jeff Robinson and Bro. James King officiating. Interment will follow at Wyant Cemetery in Enterprise. Visitation will be Wednesday evening at New Ouachita Baptist Church starting at 5 PM until. Mrs. Wyant was born on April 12, 1940 in Enterprise, LA to the union of Eddie and Allie Henigan Baker and passed from this life surrounded by her family on Monday, October 15, 2012 at her residence. She was a homemaker who held many jobs as a hard worker. She enjoyed working with flowers, in her flower beds and fishing. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be missed greatly. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, James Baker and four sisters: Rosalee Baker, Catherine Harper, Lillian Townzen and Sybil Sandidge. Survivors include her loving husband, Tony Wyant; three sons: George Wyant, Jr. and wife, Donna, Larry Wyant and James "Abe" Wyant and wife, Molly all of Enterprise; two daughters: Tahressa Jenkins and husband, Carl of Winnsboro and Patsy Wyant of Enterprise; grandchildren: Ashley Wyant, Dusty Estes and husband, Bubba, Jason Wyant, Jordon Wyant, Makayla Wyant, Anna Tarver and husband, Lee, Andrew Boothe, Greg Wyant and wife, Samantha, Brooke Scribber and husband, Oscar; step-grandchildren: Justin Cook and Dakota Wylie; great-grandchildren: Taylor Wyant, Savannah Wyant, Eli Estes, Ayden Wyant, Colter Scribber and Ab Tarver and special friends: Edna Marie Rogers, Louise Wyant and Rhonda Williams. Pallbearers will be Cliffie Wyant, Michael Hampton, Larkin Jackson, Williard Burnett, David Eames and Chris Mason. Honorary pallbearers will be Sean Poole, Durwood Welch and Roger Mason.
