Debi, Steve, Tami and Cindy, I was shocked to read Jerry's obituary in The DMNS. I also wasn't aware that Betty had passed away. I worked with him at J.T.Luckys until he moved back to Columbia.Jerry was a great boss and Betty was the sweetest person. I remember so well how Jerry would go to the store and come back to the office and cook lunch for all of us.He was a pretty good cook!I loved to hear him sing. Jerry was a good person and the world will be a lesser one with him gone. Please accept my most heartfelt sympathy. Betty McDaniel

I am very sorry for your loss. Even though I never know Jerry personally, I know how hard it is to lose someone you love. It can be hard to find comfort at a time of great loss, but knowing our Heavenly Father is near to those broken at heart and crushed in spirit can give us the strength to go on. (Psalms 34:18) He promises to soon swallow up death forever and wipe away all the tears from our faces. (Isaiah 25:8) You are in my thoughts and prayers.
