Obituary of Billie Kerry

Funeral services for Mrs. Billie Mae (Bailes) Kerry age 69 of Olla will be held 10am Friday Feb.5, 2010 from the Olla chapel of Riser Funeral Home with Rev's. Jack McKeithen and Jim McKeithen officiating. Interment will follow in the Welcome Home Cemetery at Grayson. Visitation will be on Thursday evening from 4pm to 9pm at the funeral home. Billie Mae Bailes Kerry was born on February 19, 1940 at Columbia, LA to the union of her parents Ned McGuire Bailes and Flossie Bates Bailes. She passed from this life on Tuesday Feb.2, 2010 at St.Francis Cabrini Medical Center in Alexandria following a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her parents. Billie was manager of the Olla Recreational Center for over twenty years. Survivors include: Sons : Mike Kerry and Chris Kerry both of Olla. Brother: Buddy Bailes and wife Shirley of Columbia. Sister: Jo Ann Bailes Nelson and husband Wayne of Grayson. Two Grandchildren: John Kerry and wife Courtney of San Antonio,TX and Ashley Kerry of Olla. She also leaves a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Pallbearers include: Jay Bailes , Jeff Bailes , Jim McKeithen , Joe Thompson, Jacob Bailes , and Timmy McKeithen .
