Obituary of Patricia Mott

Funeral services for Mrs. Patricia Feeney Mott, age 64 of Columbia, will be held at 2 PM Sunday, February 14, 2010 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Columbia with Bro. Leeman Stamper officiating. Interment will follow at Old Bethel Cemetery in Clarks. Visitation will be Saturday evening at the funeral home from 6 PM to 8 PM. Mrs. Mott was born in New Orleans, LA on June 15, 1945 to the union of the late Kirk Feeney and the late Sybil Landreau Feeney and went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 12, 2010 at Haven Nursing Center in Columbia. Patricia was an elementary school teacher with the Caldwell Parish School System and a member of St. John's Catholic Church in Columbia. Survivors include her husband of 44 years; Gary Mott, son; Heath Mott and wife, Susan, two daughters: Kim Rushing and husband, Jody and Pam Duff and husband, Jamie all of Columbia and seven grandchildren: Nicholas Rushing, Justin Rushing, Rebecca Rushing, Jared Duff, Jenna Duff, Tara Taylor and Houston Mott. Pallbearers will be Jamie Duff, Jody Rushing, Justin Rushing, Jared Duff, Chet Traylor and Howard Hogg. Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Decote, Rusty Decote and Burt Decote.
