Obituary of Michael Crain

Funeral services for Mr. Michael Harl "Pops" Crain, age 57 of Grayson, will be held at 2 PM Thursday, April 15, 2010 at the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Columbia with Bro. Larry Adkins officiating. Interment will follow at Welcome Home Cemetery in Grayson. Visitation will be Wednesday evening at the funeral home from 5 PM to 9 PM. Mr. Crain was born in Columbia on October 29, 1952 to the union of Newton Harl and Martha Loried Mills Crain and passed from this life on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe. He was a pipeline chief inspector with Centerpoint Entergy through RSH Engineering. Mike was a member of Masonic Lodge 164 in Columbia. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his wife; Cheryl Gray Crain, mother; Martha Loried Mills Crain, two sons: Albert Lance Crain and Jarrod Troy Crain all of Grayson, daughter; Kelli Nicole Crain of New Roads, three sisters: Martha Ann Fitzgerald of Grayson, Carol Elizabeth Durr of Shreveport and Ruth Elaine Albritton of West Monroe and four grandchildren: Preston Crain, Madalyn Crain, Braxton Crain and James Crain.
