Obituary of Ronnie Harper

Funeral services for Ronnie Dale Harper age 26 of Aimwell will be held 1:00 pm Monday May 3, 2010 from the sanctuary of Aimwell Pentecostal Church with Rev. Kirk Mayo and Rev. Lance Stockman officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Jordon Hill-Mt.Zion Cemetery at Aimwell with services under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia. Ronnie Dale Harper was born on October 13,1983 at Monroe,LA and passed from this life on Friday April 30,2010 at Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans following a courageous ten month battle with leukemia. Ronnie was a United States Navy Veteran and was loved by all who knew him. Left to celebrate his life: His wife: Chlea Poole Harper of Aimwell. His mother: Cheryl Harper of Rayville. His step father: Walter Watson of Rayville. His sister: Chotile "Skeeter" Stamper of Columbia. Maternal grand-mother: Virginia Kelley of Grayson and paternal grand-mother: Virginia Watson of Rayville. Grandfather: Lonnie Tucker of Sikes. Father-in-law:Michael Poole and mother-in-law:Arlene Tradewell Poole, both of Aimwell. His special niece Peyton Brooke Harper, and numerous uncles and aunts. Serving as pallbearers will be Madison Green, Roy McMullen, Craig McMullen, Randy Stockman, Mike Elledge, and Russell McMullen. Honorary pallbearers include Brannon McMullen and Curtis McMullen. Visitation for Sunday will be from 5pm until 9pm at the Aimwell Pentecostal Church located at Hwy 126 East, Aimwell,LA.
