Obituary of Ollie Cagle

Funeral services for Mrs. Ollie Parks Cagle age 84 of Columbia will be held 2pm Tuesday July 27, 2010 from the Columbia chapel of Riser & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Hebert Cemetery, in the Hebert Community, Columbia,LA. Visitation will be on Monday evening from 4 to 8 pm at the funeral home located at 7131 U S Highway 165 South. Ollie Maude Wheelis Parks Cagle was born on March 30,1926 at Eros, LA to the union of her parents, the late Tom Wheelis and Lucy Hackforth Wheelis. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband George Cagle, one brother, four sisters, and two grand children. Survivors include: Four sons: George Cagle III, Columbia; James Cagle, West Monroe, John Cagle and wife Nancy of Columbia, and Malvin Cagle and wife Deborah of Columbia. Two daughters: Sherry Lynn Ball and husband Mike of Monroe, and Annette Parks Calhoun and husband Roger of Bernice. One sister: Evelyn Orihuela, Hooks, Texas. Twenty eight grandchildren, forty-four great-grandchildren, and three great-great grand- children. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers including Charles Cagle, Jacob Cagle, Steven Cagle, Mark Corley, James Langley, and George Bohannon. In lieu of flowers the family ask that any planned memorials be made to the Life Touch Hospice, 2301 Champagnolle Road, El Dorado, Ar (870) 862 0337
