Obituary of Georgia Howard

Georgia Marie Howard, 85, of Olla, passed from this life on September 14, 2010, in Golden Age Nursing Center of Jena. Georgia was born on April 4, 1925, in LaSalle Parish to the union of Herbert "Curly" and Larise Barnette Howard. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, September 15, 2010, at the Chickasaw Cemetery in Olla with Bro. Clyde Grammon officiating under the direction of Riser Funeral Home of Olla. She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Mildred Steen, three brothers; Herman Camp, J.E. Howard and Clyde Howard. Survivors include one sister, Willine Haynes of Vidalia and a host of nieces and nephews.
