God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "come with me." With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best. May your memories give you strength. Cyndee

My Pawpaw was the best...he was always there for me growing up and gave me a deeper appreciation for the outdoors, fishing, and having fun. He always made me laugh and he believed in me. I am so lucky to have had such an amazing role model such as he was in my life. Love you Pawpaw! Sadrian, Dave, and Liana

What an honor it is to be able to call this man my dad. The values and virtues I learned in my life primarily came from the lessons he taught me as a child. I always loved how many others loved him. My husband cared deeply about him and said he loved to be around him and Arvenia. My daughter will never forget her Paw Paw. My life has been blessed because he is my dad.
