Janette and family, I feel your hurt, dear cousin. My mama was buried Aug. 31, 2010, little over a month ago. I have always loved your mom and her siblings. We were all close when growing up and my parents dearly loved to go spend Sundays with Aunt Velma and Uncle Arthur, two of my favorite people. I remember all the good food, swinging on the big porchswing and playing with the Johnston cousins. Other weekends several of the Gregory sisters would all gather with their husbands and children at Aunt Ella's. What fun we had playing outside in the barn and walking down the old dirt road. You are too young to have been a part of that,probably. We have a wonderful heritage and now we have only wonderful memories. They will help you. I am still grieving of course, but we will for a long time. May God keep you in His loving arms and walk you through this sad, hurting time. We know where our loved ones are and we know we will join them one day. I love you. Your cousin, Nellie
