Obituary of Kathryn Kinnison

Funeral services for Mrs. Kathryn Lee ( Martin ) Kinnison age 89 of Lake Village, AR and formerly of Olla, LA will be held 10AM Wednesday October 20, 2010 from the Olla Chapel of Riser & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Curtis Carroll, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Roberts Cemetery at Kelly, LA. Kathryn Lee Martin Kinnison was born on August 28, 1921 at Clarks, LA to the union of James and Mary Ferguson Martin ; and passed from this life on October 17, 2010 at the Lake Village Rehabilitation Center in Lake Village, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry William Kinnison , Sr. and her parents, and a grandson Clifton Henderson. She was an active member of the Olla United Methodist Church until she moved to Lake Village. She was a retired L P N , loved and supported the Dixie Center in Olla, and was a loving wife , mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister , and friend. Survivors include: Four sons: Henry William "Hank" Kinnison and wife Carolyn of Farmerville, Robert Lee Kinnison and wife Betty of Jacksonville, AR, Donald Lewis Kinnison and wife Faye of Baton Rouge, and Edward Thomas Kinnison and wife Linda of Memphis, TN. Daughter: Dr. Mary Susan "Sue" Henderson and husband Gary of Lake Village,AR. Sister Mrs.Lois Martin Roark of Baton Rouge, LA. Pallbearers will be: Justin Kinnison, Chuck Kinnison, Troy Kinnison, Patrick Kinnison, Michael Kinnison, and Cody Henderson.
