Obituary of Billy Cy Frazier

Funeral services for Mr. Billy Cy Frazier, age 66 of Grayson, will be held at 3 PM Sunday, November 21, 2010 from the sanctuary of Cross Roads Baptist Church in Grayson with Bro. Paul Pearson officiating. Interment will follow at Cross Roads Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday evening at Riser Funeral Home in Columbia from 5 PM to 8 PM. Billy Cy was born on April 12, 1944 to the union of Cyrus William and Helen Womack Frazier in Columbia, LA and passed from this life on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at MD Anderson Medical Center in Houston, TX. He was employed as the Executive Director of the Northeast Region Work Force Investment Board. He was a member of Grayson Baptist Church and he loved to play golf. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife of 40 years; Linda Frazier of Grayson, three sons: Trey Frazier and his wife, Crissi Rocha Frazier of Baton Rouge, Brian Edward Frazier and his wife, Angel Duke Frazier of Grayson and Andy Frazier of Grayson, one brother; Bruce Frazier of Columbia, two sisters: Bonnie McGrew and her husband, Wilbur of Grayson, Kathy Frazier of Luling, LA, four grandchildren: Courtnie Frazier, Drew Frazier, Hunter Daigneault and Alex Cy Frazier. Pallbearers will be Cardell Barnes, Ronnie Darden, David Erskin, Reggie McDaniel, Johnny James and Danny White. Honorary pallbearers will be Wilbur McGrew, Tommy Gardner, Hoot Reitzell, Iley Evans and Ronald Carr. Any planned memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Old Bethel Christian Academy or Grayson Baptist Church.
