Obituary of Virginia Dianne Webb

Funeral services for Mrs. Virginia Dianne Webb, age 60 of Grayson, will be held at 2 PM Sunday, November 28, 2010 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Columbia with Jeff Wyant and Marty Earnest speaking. Interment will be private at a later date. Visitation will be Saturday evening at Riser Funeral Home from 5 PM to 9 PM. Dianne was born in New Orleans, LA on January 20, 1950 to the union of Sam Chambers and Norma Cassels Chambers Roberts and passed from this life on Thursday, November 25, 2010 at her residence. She was a retired pipeline surveyor who enjoyed trying to grow fruit trees. She especially loved her grandchildren and being their "Mamaw." She was preceded in death by her father and daughter; Honora Webb Willhite. Survivors include her husband; Joe Webb of Grayson, mother; Norma Rea Roberts of Grayson, son; Shane Webb and wife, Cree of Hebert, daughter; Jolinda Webb of Grayson, brother; Ike Chambers and his wife, Barbara of Copenhagen, sister; Leta Roberts of FL and four grandchildren: Brandon Martin, Diana Martin, Jessi Shipp and Jacie Webb. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bobby Clark, Bobbie Ray Dubose, Sammy Chambers, Wes Platt, Luther Nolan Howard and RB McClanahan.
