Obituary of Nannie Louise Guerrero
Funeral services for Nannie Louise (Bradley) Guerrero age 81 of Columbia will be held 2:00 PM Saturday May 28, 2016 from the Columbia chapel of Riser Funeral Home with Rev. Todd Gregory and Rev. Roger McClanahan, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Burroughs Garden of Memories east of Columbia. Visitation will be on Friday May 27, 2016 at the funeral home from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Nannie Louise was born on March 8, 1935 at Crowville, LA to the union of her parents Earnest Lafayette Bradley and Gladys Irene Pentecost Bradley and she passed from this life at her residence on Wednesday May 25, 2016 following an extended illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother: Clyde Bradley and wife Edie Bradley; her sisters: Irene Davidson and Ruby Emmons; her granddaughter: Jennifer Stapleton and her beloved husband and soulmate of forty four years, Israel Guerrero. She was a member of the Bellview Baptist Church and served on the Sewer Board and had many interest and hobbies, including gardening, reading her bible and cooking.
Survivors include three sons: Roger McClanahan and wife Olga, Terry McClanahan and wife Patsy all of Bosco; Mark McClanahan and wife Phyllis of Archibald and her daughter: Karen McClanahan of Columbia and her niece Jeanie Thornton; her step children: Javier and Eloisa Guerrero, Ritchie and Jill Guerrero, and Estelle and Hector Gomez;her sister: Carolyn Bradley Grubbs;her grandchildren: Todd and Donna Gregory, Roger Jr. and Angela McClanahan, Nikki and Jared Townsend, Jennifer and Elvis Price, Terry and Morgan McClanahan, Samantha and Justin Sproles, Damien Walsworth, Jessica and Wade Wisenor, Mark McClanahan, Rudy Guerrero, Monica and Marvin Bailey, Anjelica and Ryan Lofton, Tyler and Magen Guerrero, Olivia Guerrero, Blake Guerrero, Elice Guerrero, Dorina and Andrew Ramirez, Myra Gomez, and Jonathon Gomez; twenty three great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be Damien Walsworth, Mark McClanahan, Wade Weisnor, Rudy Guerrero, Tyler Guerrero and Noah McClanahan. Honorary pallbearers include Gary Melton, Darryl Speegle, James “Bootie” Brown, Drew Keahey, Charlie Mack Rowland, and Neil Riser.
