Obituary of Wanda Orman Stenhoff

Funeral services for Wanda Orman Stenhoff, age 67 of Tullos, LA will be held at 3 PM Wednesday, August 24, 2016 from the sanctuary of Olla United Methodist Church with Bro. Aaron Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow at Olla Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Olla United Methodist Church from 1 PM until time of services at 3 PM. Mrs. Stenhoff was born on December 26, 1948 in Ruston, LA to the union of her parents, Arthur and Opal Loe Orman and passed from this life on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Hardtner Medical Center. Wanda received her beautician's license and worked many years as a hairdresser. In the last several years she has been a homemaker and a volunteer with the Olla Fire Department. She enjoyed collecting teddy bears and taking care of her mother's doll collection. Wanda loved dogs and had many through the years. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Don Stenhoff. Those left to cherish her memory are her special friend, Carl Damron; numerous cousins and great-cousins; the Fire Department of Olla and lots of friends. Pallbearers will be Shelby Loe, Sr., Shelby Loe, II, Jerrod Douglas, Jake Long, Kendall Normand and Ricky Harris. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Wanda's honor may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, www.stjude.org.
