Obituary of Michael Wade Tucker, JR

Funeral services for Michael Wade Tucker, Jr., 25 of Hebert will be held 1:00 PM Monday January 9, 2017 from the sanctuary of Outreach Baptist Church with Rev. C. R. Martin and Bro. Dale Page officiating. Interment will follow in the Welcome Home Cemetery at Grayson. Services are under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia. Visitation will be at the church on Sunday January 8 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Michael Wade Tucker, JR was born on February 18, 1991 at Monroe, LA to the union of his parents, Michael Wade Tucker, SR. and Amy Lynette Duncan Tucker. He passed from this life suddenly on January 3, 2017 at his residence at Hebert. Michael’s life was blessed for the love he had for his dog, “Chronic. Michael was a jokester and kept everyone laughing around him. You could say there was never a dull moment if Michael was in your midst. He was preceded in death by his father. Left to cherish his memory is his fiancée, Sara Simons of Hebert, his mother, Amy Tucker of Clarks; his in-laws: Leann and Lynn Simons of Columbia; two sisters: Kacey Guinn and husband Christopher of Clarks, Bridgette Lincecum and husband David of Grayson; his grandmothers: Annette Lafferty of Grayson and Ella Mae Tucker of Columbia, his nieces and nephews, Harmony Guinn, D. J. Guinn, Elisa Lloyd, James Lloyd, David Lincecum, JR and Braxton Lincecum. Serving as pallbearers will be Dalton Hatten, Johnny Hatten, Josh Harrison, Ethan Duncan, John Bohte, and Dustin Spratt.
