Obituary of Lovida Miller Fife

Funeral services for Lovida Miller Fife, age 93, of Tullos, will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 24, 2017 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Olla with Bro. Scott Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Pineville. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Lovida was born July 8, 1923 to the union of Willie and Edna Miller in Urania and she passed from this life on May 21, 2017 at Hardtner Medical Center in Urania.

She was a homemaker, a retired florist, and a retired food nutritionist with the school system. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Olla. She was preceded in death by her husband: Richard Homer Fife; two daughters: Irma Fife Terral and Evelyn Fife Keene; her parents; brother: William Dewey Miller.

She is survived by her son: Darwin Fife and his wife Tamie of Tullos; grandchildren: Cynthia D. Keene of New Braunfels, TX, Harold Mark Keene of Pensacola Beach, FL, Julian Terry Keene of Jena, Richard Ernest Keene of Fort Worth, TX, and Tonya Michelle Fife of Jonesville; great-grandchildren: Brianna Keene, Markio Keene, Gabrielle Liberto, Ashley Keene, Brayden Keene, Barrett Keene, Victoria Pittman, and Zak Keene; great-great-granddaughter: Aleigha.

Pallbearers will be grandchildren.
