Obituary of Beryl Miller

Funeral services for Beryl Miller, age 88, of Kelly, will be held at 10:00 AM, Sunday, September 17, 2017 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Columbia. Interment will follow at Old Bethel Cemetery in Clarks. Visitation will be Saturday from 12:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the funeral home.

Beryl was born June 6, 1929 to the union of Tom and Edna Crain Miller in Sikes and he passed from this life on September 15, 2017 at his residence in Kelly.

He  was a skidder driver and he loved to hunt and fish. He loved his dogs, they were his babies. He enjoyed doing carpentry work. He was preceded in death his wife: Johnnie Mae Miller; his parents; brother: Kiefer Miller; sister: Billie Sue Harmon; granddaughter: Stacy Nugent.

He is survived by his son Randy Beryl Miller and his wife Helen of Kelly; daughters: Renee Miller of Tullos; Brenda Denham and her husband Steve of Florida; Rhonda Franklin and her husband Clark of Grayson; Linda Miller of Hebert; sister: Bobbie Porter of Deville; twelve grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Clint Fletcher, Chris Cader, Mark Veuleman, William Russell, Dustin Smith, and Jay Davis.
