Obituary of Arzelia Victoria Aycock

Funeral services for Mrs. Arzelia Victoria Gough Aycock age 92 of Olla will be held 1:00 PM Friday October 13, 2017 from the sanctuary of Urania Pentecostal Church with Bro. Clay Hutto and Bro. Mike Russell officiating. Interment will follow in the Beech Creek Cemetery west of Olla. Visitation will be on Thursday Oct.12 at the church from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Arzelia Aycock was born on August 9, 1925 in Winn Parish to the union of Ed Gough and Mary Edna Mayes Gough and she passed from this life on October 10, 2017 at the Woods Haven Nursing Center at Pollock. Mrs. Aycock was preceded in death by her parents, by her husband Cecil Aycock, her son: Frank Aycock and her daughter: Joy Lynn Hendrix.  She was a member of the Urania Pentecostal Church. Left to cherish a lifetime of memories are 2 sons: Carl Aycock and Johnny Aycock both of Urania; two daughters: Diane Cotten of Pollock, Vicky Cassels of Shreveport; her brother: John Gough of Sikes and her sister: Lavern Adams of Sikes; fourteen grandchildren, twenty great-grand children, thirteen other family members.

Serving as pallbearers will be Corey Cassels, Bryan Cassels, Trace Cotten, Ryan Etheridge, Matthew Womble, and Chris Gough. Andy Aycock will serve  as honorary pallbearer.
