Jack Welch has always been a delight to listen to his lectures; he made me a believer to accept the challenges over my career in the Corporate world and was responsible for my first Plant Manager assignment. Thank you Jack! His famous quote was “GE promises you marketability driven by your performance and NOT long term employment. You are responsible for your performance, your image and your exposure.”
