Obituary of Stephen Scott Sanders

Stephen Scott Sanders age 59 of Urania passed from this life on December 26, 2017 at the Hardtner Medical Center in Urania following a brief illness. Stephen was born on November 28, 1958 in California to the union of his parents Mearl Sanders and Judith Ann Riter Sanders. He worked in road construction in Washington state for a number of years. He was preceded in death by his father and by his grandparents: Alex and Dorothy Riter and Ruby and D.L. Sanders. Left to cherish his memory his wife Jaye Sanders of Urania, three daughters: Tamra Van Houten , Samantha High and Ashley Sanders all of Oregon; his mother: Judith Ann Sanders of Vancouver, WA and his brother Michael Phillip Sanders and wife Pamela of Vancouver, WA; four grandsons and one granddaughter, also a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday January 4, 2018 at the Straight Roads  Full Gospel Church located at 1200 Blake Street, Olla, LA.
