Obituary of Harris Ray "Pee Wee" Beckley

Graveside services for Harris Ray “Pee Wee” Beckley, age 78, of Columbia, will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Burroughs Cemetery East of Columbia with Bro. Brian Rankin and Courtney Dunn officiating.

Pee Wee was born December 11, 1939 to the union of Henry and Lucille Finley Beckley in Columbia and he passed from this life at his residence on January 5, 2018.

He was a millwright and retired from welding. He had a passion for hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: William “Sapp” Beckley, Henry Beckley, Jr., Jimmy Beckley, Tommy Beckley, William C. “Beaver” Beckley, and Russell Beckley; sisters: Gertie and Toby.

He is survived by his wife: Marlene Howell Beckley; son: Tyron Beckley and his wife Jennifer; daughter: Candace Barnes and her husband Chris; grandchildren: Victoria Anderson, Zachery Beckley, Whitley Barnes, and Brealyn Barnes; great-grandchildren: Lilly Anderson, Liam Anderson, Jace Moses, and Levi Anderson due May 3, 2018.

Pallbearers will be Zach Beckley, Steve Beckley, Tracy Howell, Kent Nugent, Hunter Beckley, and Brandon Mobley.
