Obituary of Mary Frances Peppers

Funeral services for Mary Frances Peppers age 58 of Pasadena, Texas and formerly of Columbia will be held 10:00 AM Thursday April 12, 2018 from the Columbia chapel of Riser & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Walker officiating. Interment will follow at the Roberts Cemetery at Kelly. Visitation will be on Wednesday April11, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home in Columbia.

Mary Frances Peppers was born on March 20, 1960 at Louisville, Kentucky to the union of her parents Charles Ray Hatcher and Eva Larue Wyatt Hatcher and passed from this life on Saturday April 7, 2018 at her residence following an extended illness. She was surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her mother Eva Lawrence and her step father Jack Lawrence, her father Charles Hatcher and her inlaws: Vera and Buddy Peppers, and one step brother. She was an active member of Elim Church in Pasadena, Texas and also had a prision ministry. She was loved by all who knew her.

Left to cherish a lifetime of memories are her husband Barry Dean Peppers of Pasadena, two daughters: Tonya Varnell and husband Jimmy of Houston, April Martinez of Pasadena; grandchildren: Ryan, Kyle, Lacie and Mariah; her step mother: Mildred Hatcher, her brother: Tony Hatcher; her sisters: Nanci Burris of California, Janice Achzehner and Denise Achzehner both of Illinois; five step sisters and three step brothers; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers include Ryan Rice, Kyle Rice, Elvis Ray Phillips, JR, Billy Jack Peppers, Martin Richardson, and Jason Peppers.

Honorary pallbearers include: Jimmy Varnell, Sherman Peppers, and William Jones.
