Obituary of Dwayne "Sack" Brown

Funeral services for Dwayne "Sack"  Brown, age 55, of Grayson, will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, June 24, 2018 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Columbia with Bro. C.R. Martin and Bro. Clay Hutto officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 12:00 PM until service time.

Dwayne was born August 15, 1962 to the union of James Brown and Martha Raye Pittman in Thibodaux and he passed from this life on June 21, 2018.

He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his father, James Brown.

He is survived by his wife, Lonell Brown; sons: Cody Brown and his wife, Paige, Zachary Brown, and Brandon Brown; daughters: Jessica Morris and her husband, Jason; Jamie Frasure Brown, Savannah Brown, Sierra Brown, and Chelsea Brown; mother, Martha Raye Pittman;  brothers: Luke Brown, Galen Brown, and Claude Brown; sisters: Sylvia Lindsey and Cynthia Stein; grandchildren: Ethan Frasure, Landon Lopez, Parker Brown, Willow Morris, Ella Morris, Clara-Raye Brown, Hunter Morris, and Lane Wyant.

Pallbearers will be Corbet “Bouie” Taylor, Caire’  “lil man” Powe, Tim Lafferty, Steven Escalon, Carroll “Wop” Harper, and Jason Morris.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Charles Lafferty and John Medaries.
