Obituary of Shawn Daniel Jones

Memorial services for Shawn Daniel Jones, age 58, of Grayson, will be from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM, Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Mt. Pleasant Church in Grayson. The family is asking for people to bring pot luck food. Please contact Lauren, Casey, or Alex for more information.

Shawn was born October 14, 1959 to the union of Henry Jones and Glenda Delaine Kinnison in Winnsboro and he passed from this life on September 24, 2018.

He loved his children and his grandchildren very much. He had a big heart and would help anyone that needed it. He was preceded in death by his father: Henry Jones; ex wife: Katherine LaFrance; maternal grandparents: Phillip and Evelyn Kinnison.

He is survived by his daughters: Casey Thompson of Grayson; Alex Boudreaux and her husband James of Jackson, LA; Lauren Corley and her husband Matthew of Beaumont, TX; Jasmine Swett and her husband Michael of Hebert; mother: Glenda Kinnison Smith and her husband Dean of Grayson; sisters: Robin Marsh and her husband Brad of Fayettville, AR; Allison Hughes and her husband Tony of Liddieville; grandchildren: Abbigale Beckley, Addison Corley, Gunner Boudreaux, Aubree Boudreaux, Kade Swett, and Kole Swett; best friends: James Etheridge and Brad McGee; his beloved dogs: Peppie, Little Girl, and Prince.
