Obituary of Lucille Cassels Jameson

Funeral services for Lucille Cassels Jameson, age 82, of Olla, will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 25, 2018 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Olla with Ronnie Cassels officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery in Olla. Visitation will be Saturday from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the funeral home.

Lucille was born March 30, 1936 to the union of Hanson and Etha Fontenot in Eunice and she passed from this life on November 22, 2018 at Haven Nursing Center in Columbia.

Lucille was a homemaker who loved gardening and canning. She was preceded in death by her husband: Ronald Cassels; daughter: Charlotte Perkins; her parents.

She is survived by her husband: Johnny Jameson of Olla; sons: Ronnie Cassels and his wife Vicky of Blanchard, LA Randy Cassels and his wife Lydia of Monterey, LA; Ricky Cassels of Harrisonburg; John Jameson and his wife Selena of Olla; sister: Lela May McCoy and her husband Charles of Montgomery, LA a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be John Jameson, Ronnie Cassels, Randy Cassels, Ricky Cassels, Richard Perkins, Richie Perkins, Jerry Perkins, and Billy Banks.
