Obituary of Bronice Marie Allen

Funeral services for Bronice Marie Allen, age 99, of Clarks, will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, December 2, 2018 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Columbia. Interment will follow at Old Bethel Cemetery in Clarks. Visitation will be Sunday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

Bronice was born November 24, 1919 to the union of George and and Timmie Mayfield Cotton in Hoodsmill, LA and she passed from this life on November 28, 2018 at Jena Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was an avid gardener and she loved to cook. She was preceded in death by her husband: Clifford Allen, Sr., her parents.

She is survived by her children: Shirley Nettles, Patsy Fisher, Carolyn Pope, Clifford Allen, Jr., and Richard Allen; grandchildren: Susan Fisher, Lauren Fisher, Nicholas Fisher, Todd Fisher, Keith Fisher, Scott Fisher, Blaine Fisher, Timmy Allen, Zackery Allen, Tiffany Allen, Crissi, Carrie, Sandra Fackender, Jullie Napier, Taraoleura-Olvera, Jennifer Pope, Charlene Widdon, Sheila Hogon and Sharon Sanchez; a host of great-grandchildren.
