Obituary of Tony Wade Weeks
Funeral services for Tony Wade Weeks, age 63 of Grayson, Louisiana will be held at 10 AM, Friday, February 1, 2019 at Cross Roads Baptist Church with Bro. Eddie Riley officiating. Interment will follow at Cross Roads Cemetery under the direction of Riser Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors from 5 PM until 8 PM, Thursday, January 31, 2019 at the church.
Tony Wade Weeks was born November 20, 1955 in Columbia, LA to the union of his parents, Marvin and Mattie Weeks and passed away at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, LA on January 28, 2019 after a brief illness. Tony, who lived in Caldwell Parish his entire life, was a member of Grace Baptist Church and Grayson Hunting Club. He was well-loved in the community and known for his infectious smile. He was a loyal friend and a man who loved his family unconditionally. He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Weeks.
Left to cherish his memory is his son, Anthony Weeks and wife, Melissa of Grayson; daughters: Alex Marie Hatten and husband, Brian of West Monroe and Kelsie Nicole Abdalrazaq and husband, Mustafa of Lillington, NC; his mother, Mattie Weeks; brothers: Carroll Weeks, John Weeks and Paul Weeks; sisters: Jeanne Fell and Deanne Bingham; grandchildren: Laith Abdalrazaq and Isaac, Evan and Lucas Moreland as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chuck Esters, Charles Coates, Barry Dortch, Paul Briscoe, Roy Spivey and Mike Hillestad.
