Obituary of Barbara Sant Ratcliff

Funeral services for Barbara Ratcliff age 67 of Columbia will be held 12:00 PM Wednesday February 13, 2019 from the Columbia chapel of Riser & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Robbie Alford Robertson officiating. Interment will follow in the Columbia Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday February 12, 2019 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Barbara Sant Ratcliff was born April 24, 1951 in Meridian, MS to the union of Willie Sant and Kathleen Ferrand and passed from this life on February 8, 2019 at Rapides Regional medical Center in Alexandria.
Barbara had a true servants heart and dedicated herself to her chosen profession in healthcare as an LPN and then a R N for over fifty years. While she loved her career, her true passion and love was her family. She enjoyed spending her time and devoting her energy to her loved ones whom she cherished very much.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Kathleen and Willie Ferrand , and her husband Danny Joe Ratcliff.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Laura and David Arnold, her grandson  and his girlfriend Josh Arnold and Keely Hayes, her sister Brenda Sant Ellerbe, her step-sons Rad and Will Ratcliff and a host of nieces and nephews. 
Serving as pallbearers will be Tye Ellerbe, Rad Ratcliff, Will Ratcliff, Desmond Ratcliff, Landon Ratcliff, Jarrod Duff and honorary pallbearer Rhett Ellerbe.

In lieu of flowers any planned memorials may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, Memphis, TN.
