Obituary of Robert Stanley Rogers

Graveside funeral services for Robert Stanley Rogers age 84 of Urania will be held 10:00 AM Saturday July 6, 2019 at the Urania Cemetery in Urania with Rev. William Valentine and Rev. Richard Tull officiating. Visitation will be at the Urania Cemetery from 9:45 AM until time of service. Services are entrusted to Riser & Son Funeral Home of Olla and Columbia.

Robert Stanley Rogers was born on September 11, 1934 at Urania, LA to the union of his parents John Wilson Rogers and Lois Caroline "Tootsie" Durham Rogers and he passed from this life on June 26, 2019 at Alexandria from injuries received in an automobile accident.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memory are his sister: Mary Jane Rogers Gingles of Logansport, LA and his brother: Earl Rogers (Joann) of Grayson; two uncles: Clarence Durham of Jena and D.L. Durham of Urania and a host of other family members and friends.
