Vernon “Buck” Allen Fletcher

Service for Vernon “Buck” Fletcher, age 86 will be 11:00 Am Tuesday September 17, 2019 at Cross Roads Baptist Church with Bro. Shane Duke officiating.  Interment will follow at Cross Roads Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 10:00 AM Tuesday September 17, 2019 until time of service.

Buck was born October 8, 1932 to the union of his parents, Arthur and Althea Allen of Winn Parish.  Buck served our country in the Army and enjoyed gardening, wood working and most important serving God.  He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Clyde and sister Vivian Bass.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife; Mary Ann Fletcher, son Arthur Fletcher and Amy; Daughter Anne Marie Braddock and Ray; sister Lucille McDavid.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Rowland, Tim Lafferty, Gary Cassels, Marvin Bailey, Bro Maxwell Bennett and Lawrence Braddock.
