Obituary of Mildred Louise Harrelson
Funeral services for Mildred Louise "Cricket" Harrelson of Grayson, Louisiana will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Pleasant Grove Church of God, Grayson with Rev. Floyd Duchesne and Rev. Jimmy Rowland officiating. Interment will follow at Cross Roads Cemetery, Grayson under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 beginning at 6 PM at the church.
Mildred Louise "Cricket" Harrelson was born in Grayson on September 20, 1941 to the union of her parents, Marshall Harrelson and Ernie Stamper Harrelson, and she passed from this life to her heavenly home November 10, 2019 at Haven Nursing Center, Columbia. Cricket was a member of Pleasant Grove Church of God. She worked for many years at Pinecrest School as a Resident Training Specialist. After retiring she enjoyed her hobbies of crocheting, quilting and working puzzles. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Cricket was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters: Marcia Simmons and Barbara Wilson; her brother, Arthur Harrelson and two great-grandchildren: Jace Calhoun and Joshua Cupp.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children: Suzanne D. Kelly (Richard), Sherry R. Primm, Duane Primm, all of Grayson and Victor Primm (Nancy) of Benton; her brother, Austin F. Harrelson (Chung) of Grayson; nine grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be Kevin Primm, Derrick Sarver, Michael Sarver, Blake Calhoun, Justin Peart and Gavin Woolley. Honorary pallbearer will be Jayden Sarver.
