Obituary of Justin Wesley Jace Roberts
Funeral services for Justin Wesley Jace Roberts will be held at 10 AM, Saturday, February 1, 2020 from the sanctuary of First Baptist Church, 404 Church Street Columbia, Louisiana with Bro. Eric Harriman and Bro. Jason Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at Fellowship Cemetery, Columbia under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors from 5 PM until 8 PM, Friday, January 31, 2020 at the church.
Justin Wesley Jace Roberts was born July 20, 2011 in West Monroe, Louisiana and he passed from this life to his heavenly home on January 26, 2020. Jace loved his family and was a proud new big brother. He was always swimming, jumping everywhere and dressing up as Spiderman. He was excited about riding four-wheelers, riding his bike, fishing, and getting super muddy. He loved drinking hot chocolate with his Grammie. Jace loved his shoes and had a different pair for each day. He loved football, baseball, and basketball. He collected books and loved being outdoors. He was super proud holding his baby sister. Jace had the kindest heart and brightest smile. Jace laughed and smiled throughout his 8 years in this life, bringing happiness to all who knew and loved him. He will be greatly missed. Jace was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Warner and great-grandparents: Kenneth and Frances Hill and Lloyd Johnson.
Those left to cherish his memory are his parents: Matthew and Adrianah Richmond of Grayson and Justin Roberts (Rainy Guirlando) of Columbia; his siblings: Zoie, Alex, Austin, Eliza and Rocco; grandparents: Wetzal and Melanie Hill, Sandra and Sonny Phillips, Glynna and Bill Richmond, Avery Roberts and Kathy Warner; great-grandparents: Lynda Averett Johnston, Loree and Eugene Robinson and Ann Berry; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Serving as pallbearers will be Matthew Richmond, Alex Richmond, Jared Finley, Kiel Guillory, T. J. Roberts, Mathis Bothel, and Wetzal Hill. Honorary pallbearer will be Austin Richmond.
