Obituary of Alma McHenry Pauley

Mrs. Alma McHenry Pauley, age 83 of Clarks, LA passed away March 15, 2020 at Haven Nursing Center, Columbia, LA after an extended illness. The family will have a visitation for family and friends Monday, March 16, 2020 from 5 PM until 8 PM at Riser Funeral Home, Columbia. Graveside services will be held at 10 AM, Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Old Bethel Cemetery, Clarks,LA with Bro. Stephen Laughlin officiating. Alma McHenry Pauley was born March 18, 1936 in Columbia, LA to the union of her parents, Ezra McHenry and Ruby Rosalee Hilliard McHenry. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands: C. E. Meredith and Ernie Pauley, her brothers: John McHenry, Durwood McHenry and Paul McHenry, and her sister, Ruby Marie McHenry. Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Danny Pauley and his wife, Jessie; brother-in-law, Jerry Howard and his wife, Pat; care-givers: Vickie Woods and her husband, Sterling Green; special friends: Maxine Price and her husband, Cecil Price, Janine Busby and Mary Taylor; numerous nieces and nephews, as well as those at the Haven, who truly cared for Mrs. Alma.
