Bryan/College Station, Texas — my heart is heavy as I just learned of Kathleen’s passing. Kathleen joined our Pink Alliance Breast Cancer Support Group after being relocated from Louisiana to Texas to live with her son and wife as a result of Hurricane Harvey. She attended several meetings while she continued her cancer treatments here in Bryan. It was hard to see her leave when she moved back to Louisiana, but she kept us with us .. and was so happy when she shared the news of her marriage. Kathleen was a beautiful, joy-filled woman filled with much love and grace. I will always remember her beautiful smile and her warn laughter. She touched so many of our hearts while she was among us.
