Obituary of Charles H. Phillips

Charles H. Phillips was born September 26, 1945 to the union of his parents Clarence and Bertie Phillips and passed from this life June 18, 2020 at the Plantation Nursing Home in Wisner, Louisiana. Charles enjoyed visiting with his friends, drinking coffee, fishing, playing dominoes, cards, and riding around. He is proceeded in death by his parents, wife Blanche Denison Phillips, brother R.C. Phillips. He is survived by his step-son David Lee Williams, step-daughters; Brenda Ryan and Rebecca Meredith, brother Bobby Ray Phillips, 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren. The family wishes to personally thank Plantation Oaks Nursing Home for their care, Taz and Bubba Clifton for their help with services, and Rachel Atchison for her loving help. A memorial service will be held Friday June 26, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery, Grayson, Louisiana.
