Years ago while working at du Pont Beaumont Works I became friends with Darrell. I was his flight instructor when he first started flying and we shared a lot of stories about our flying in later years. We lost contact with each other and renewed our friendship in 2017 after almost 45 years. He was one of the finest people I have the pleasure of knowing. Just wish we could have had more time together. Natasha I am so sorry for your loss and also that you and I never met. God be with you and the family during your time of grieving.
