Obituary of Robert Edney

Funeral services for Robert Louis Edney age 38 of West Monroe will be held 11 am Wednesday December 29,2010 from the sanctuary of Woolen Lake Church of God at Hebert with Rev. Morgan Lasseigne officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery under the direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday evening from 5pm until 9pm. Robert Louis Edney was born on January 11, 1972 at Monroe, LA and passed from this life on December 24, 2010 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe . Mr. Edney was an avid fisherman and a diesel mechanic. He was preceded in death by his mother Susan Wakefield Temple. Survivors include: His wife: Renee Edney of Columbia. Two Daughters: Kristi Edney and Brandi Edney, both of West Monroe; step-son: Cody Howard of Columbia., and his step-father: Glen C. Temple of Rayville. Pallbearers include: Cody Howard, Daniel Temple, James Earl Temple, and Kristi Edney.
