Obituary of Linda Carr

Memorial services for Linda Flores Carr, age 72 of Columbia, LA will be held at 1 PM Monday, March 31, 2014 from the sanctuary of Calvary Tabernacle Assembly of God, Grayson, LA with Bro. Tom Bradford officiating. Visitation will be Monday at the church from 12 PM until time of services. Mrs. Carr was born on August 15, 1941 in Columbia, LA to her parents and passed from this life on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center, West Monroe, LA. She was a homemaker that enjoyed babysitting and sewing, especially, her own clothes. She was a member of Calvary Tabernacle Assembly of God. Preceded in death are her father, William J. "Son" Flores; husband, Ernest Carr; daughter, Dorris Nell Carr and son, Ernest Bryan Carr. She is survived by her mother, Dorris Sandifer Flores; brothers: Billy Norvell and wife, Jewel, Gary William Flores and wife, Jane, James Willie Flores and wife, Lori and Jerry Glenn "Pete" Flores and wife, Cheryl; sisters: Sue Jordan, Carolyn Johnson and husband, Benny, Kay Jackson and husband, Dewayne and Tammy Kirby and husband, Roger; many nieces and nephews that she loved as grandchildren; special friends: Ginger Kelly, Pearl Strange and Peggy Kelly and her second family the members of Calvary Tabernacle Assembly of God.
