Services for Donald Wayne Couch-Blake, age 18 of Silsbee, TX will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, July 31, 2008 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Olla with Rev. Randy Griffin and Rev. Lamar Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow in the Blake Cemetery east of Olla. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 30, 2008 from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. from the Riser Funeral Home, Hwy 165 Main Street, Olla,LA Donald was born in Jena, LA on October 19, 1989 to the union of Quitman Thomas and Mary Fountain Blake and died Saturday, July 26, 2008 in Silsbee, TX from injuries received in an automobile accident. Suriviors include his father and step-mother: Quitman and Shannon Blake of Oxford, MS, his mother: Mary Fountain of Silsbee, TX, his brother: Randall Blake, Oxford, MS, his sister: Stormy Blake of Oxford, MS, his grandparents: Donald and Lou Blake of Oxford, MS, John and Darlene Tims of Georgetown and Bruce and Betty Fountain of Silsbee, TX and his great-grandmother: Aro Blake of Olla, LA
