Obituary of Oddie Hogg

Graveside services for Mrs. Oddie Roberson Hogg, age 93 of Grayson, will be 10 AM Saturday, August 9, 2008 at Cross Roads Cemetery with Bob McIlwain officiating. Visitation will be 5 PM to 9 PM Friday, August 8, 2008 at Riser Funeral Home in Columbia. Mrs. Hogg was born August 15, 1914 in Sikes, LA to the union of James Melton and Martha Thomason Roberson and passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at Haven Nursing Center. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her parents, her son; James Marvin "Bud" Hogg, one brother and two sisters. Survivors include her husband, Norman Marcus "Bo" Hogg, her two sons; Larry Hogg and Norman Earl Hogg both of West Monroe, two sisters; Mattie Mae Strawser of Colfax and Cloma Stewart of West Monroe, five grandchildren; Mike Hogg, Mark Hogg, Dawn Hightower, Norman Hogg, Chance Hogg and nine great grandchildren.
