Riser Funeral Home Columbia, LA Obituary: Wilbur Glen Nethery Services for Wilbur Glen Nethery, age 77 of Brandon, MS and formerly of Olla and Columbia will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, August 16,2008 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Columbia with Bro. Harold Albritton officiating. Glen Nethery will deliver the euology. Mr. Nethery was born in Tullos, LA on August 5, 1931 to the union of Wilbur Penn and Edith Brandin Nethery and died Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at the Covington County Hospital in Collins, MS. He was a retired electrician and a veteran of the Korean Conflict. Survivors include his daughter: Merry Nethery of Crystal Springs, MS, his sons and daughters-in-law: Greg and LeAnn Nethery of Brandon, MS, Mike and Donna Nethery of Denham Springs, LA, Jon and Donna Nethery of Denham Springs, LA, his grandchildren: Tiffany Nethery Ross and her husband: Jeremy, Michael Nethery, Haley Nethery, Zachary Nethery, Jonathan Nethery, Hunter Nethery and Dawson Nethery, her great-grandchildren: Gavin Ross and Mason Ross, and his sisters and brothers-in-law: Betty Jo and Jack McDonald and Ann and Billy Talley all of Olla. Pallbearers will be Zach Nethery, Jonathan Nethery, Michael Nethery, Hunter Nethery, Jason Talley, David McDonald, Daniel McDonald, Jeremy Ross and Dawson Nethery.
